Fees will be based on the local building construction factor as follows: |

| $20.00 per square foot (unfinished structures) | |
| $40.00 per square foot (finished structures) | |
| Up to $2,000 | $35.00 |
| $2,001 to $25,000 | $35.00 for the first $2,000 plus $2.00 for each additional $1,000 or fraction thereof |
| $25,001 to $50,00 | $82.00 for the first $25,001 plus $1.00 for each additional $1,000 or fraction thereof |
| $50,001 to $100,000 | $107.00 for the first $50,001 plus $1.00 for each additional $1,000 or fraction thereof |
| $100,001 to $500,000 | $157.00 for the first $100,001 plus $1.00 for each additional $1,000 or fraction thereof |
| $500,001 to $1,000,000 | $557.00 for the first $500,001 plus $1.00 for each additional $1,000 or fraction thereof |
| $1,000,001 to $5,000,000 | $1,057.00 for the first $1,000,001 plus $1.00 for each additional $1,000 or fraction thereof |
| $5,000,001 to $50,000,000 | $5,057.00 for the first $50,000,001 plus $1.00 for each additional $1,000 or fraction thereof |
