Located in New York's Southern Tier, the Village of Wellsville has about 5,200 residents, making it the largest municipality in Allegany County. The Town of Wellsville has an additional 3,000 residents who live outside the village. Both the town and the village have their offices in the Municipal Building, located at 156 North Main Street. The Board of Trustees and Mayor govern the village. Board meetings are held the 2nd and 4th Monday @ 7PM in the Municipal Building. Current members include: Mayor
