This office is based with the other Village Offices at 23 N. Main Street. We handle all billing inquiries related to the electric, water, sewer, and solid waste services for the Village of Wellsville. All utility bills will be mailed by the 1st, and due on the 20th of the month.

For your convenience we have multiple payment methods for you to choose from:
1 - Automatic Clearing House (ACH) Payments Your utility bill can be deducted automatically from your bank account. There is no charge for this service. The bill will be stamped and mailed for you to receive it in the beginning of the month. Then the total will be deducted on the 20th of the month, or the following business day. ACH Application
2 - In person Payments Payments in the form of cash, check, or money order can be made in person at our office located at 23 North Main Street or at Giant Food Mart. If you wish to make a payment after business hours there is a night deposit box located outside the front lobby of the Wellsville Police Station. Please make checks payable to "DPU" (Department of Public Utilities).

For cases of severe hardships, please contact the Utility Billing Office immediately. A deferred payment agreement can be made by calling 585-596-1760. For complaints that cannot be resolved with the Utility Billing Office directly, you may contact the New York Department of Public Service (DPS).
